Cipriana's suggestions are correct. That's how I'd translate the expressions to European Portuguese.

I would add that is "negrito" (I am a brazilian and absolutely endorse it). Go ahead with the translation.

The correct term used in Brazilian Portuguese is really "negrito".

Still need help with this? Just to confirm that "negrito" is THE correct term in Portuguese (at least as far as European Portuguese is concerned, but I'm convinced the same is valid for Brazilian PT).

I don't think they would use negrito, that's Spanish. Negrito would be negrozinho, but I guess they would say grosso (fat or bold) and black is preto or pretinho.;)

In Brazil, they use the word ^negrito^ to speak of bold text.
1) Formatação em negrito.
2) Opção de texto em negrito.
3) Texto em negrito.
