This feature allows users to write reusable bid text. This text can be used when submitting a bid for a project. A user can use existing templates or create own custom bid templates.
As part of this feature, a user can now optionally specify bid rate, total price and delivery date for the project. These three fields are not required as they do not apply to all projects.
To select a template when submitting a bid, click on the “Select template” button. A new window will allow you to browse through existing templates as well as add a new template.
When creating a new template you may use place holders which will be automatically filled in for you when you use the template for the bid. These pre-defined place holders use information from your profile as well as rate, price and delivery date that you provide on submit bid page. To insert a new place holder when creating a bid template click on one of the place holders and it will be inserted into your textbox.
