This release enhancement makes it easy for translators to invoice their clients for translation service and invite clients to make payment directly from their “Translation Portal”.
Once a client responds to your bid, accepts your offer and you complete the translation, you should send invoice to your client to request payment for the service. Now you can easily add client and create invoice from a “view bid” page under “My Bids” in your Translatorsbase.com account.

The client information is automatically populated. You should assign a username and password so your client can logon to your Translation Portal.

After you add the client, you can create invoice by providing the details of the service rendered.


The invoice can be sent to the client with the request to make payment via PayPal or Moneybookers from your Translation Portal. The system keeps track of the status of your invoice as well as all payments that have been made. You can view status as well as payment history from Translatorsbase.com account under “My Business” section.
