This tutorial will show you how to complete a work order assigned to you by one of the project providers.
Step 1 - New Translation Work Order
All work orders that are viewable on your Translatorsbase.com account under "MY BUSINESS" section. You will be always notified by email about new Quotation requests. You can view all messages from Project Manager under "Messages" section.

Step 2 - Reply with a quote and accept a work order
Source file is viewable under Work Order section. You can send your response to Project Manager with a quotation directly from your account. Any further queries regarding particular work order can be sent to Project Manager in the same way. All sent and received messages will be viewable under "Messages" section.
Note, the work order is not assigned to you until you receive a confirmation from the project manager to begin working on the work order.

Step 3 - Begin Translation
If your quote is accepted by Project Manager you will be notified by email that you are assigned to the particular work order and you may begin translation of the document. The status of the work will change to "Translation in Progress" at this stage.

Step 4 - Upload Translated Document
When you translate the document, you must upload it under "Translated Document" section and you need to change the status of the work order to "Quality Check". At this stage Project Manager is notified that the translation has been completed and translated document is available for review.

Step 5 - Invoicing
Work order is completed after Client's approval. Client may request some changes before translation is approved. User is notified by email if any modifications are needed. When the translation is approved by a Client, User is notified by email that the status of the work order changed to "Translation Completed" and he may create the invoice. After Project Manager is provided with the invoice, the payment may be processed and translation work order is completed successfully.
