As a Property Manager cum Secretariat for the company I frequently attend meetings with Libyan Board Members . Hence all the agreements meetings and record must be written in three languages English, Malay and Arabic or at least two languages i.e. Malay and English.

Receive instruction from Board Members. Preparing Budget, Prepare contract agreement, Set up policies, prepare building manual standard operating procedures, Planning the Preventive Maintenance, Liaison with consultant, local authorities, tenants, contractors and subordinates.
The contract, policies and manual prepared were normally in dual language i.e Malay and English. Hence translating documents is my forte.
