Corporate trainer required for Customer Delight/Experience

Job Description

We have a new requirement of Corporate training at Gurugram (Gurgaon).Please go through the requirement below:

1.Our Client is a Travel company serving corporate client only. We will prefer having experience in similar field.
2.The ‚Äčtraining is aimed for the customer service agents handling travel bookings for their clients via their portals+calls+sms+emails.
3.The average tenure of the target audience is 2 years (age group- 25 to 32 years)
4.The objective is to conduct a workshop to improve the aspect of customer delight/experience with the aim to be more efficient in concluding cases(example- reducing the overall number of correspondences per case, bring in wow factor between the company and the client, subsequently having the company stand out in customer handling). Subsequently resulting in over achievement of targets.
